Nourishment for the Gods, for beings who are not in physical form but in astral forms, is the fragrance, the smell. Therefore, we put flowers and incense on the altar.

A holy technique for enlightenment, now presented for the first time by HH Swamiji
“This most powerful kriya is given to us from great saints. Our Lord Sri Devpuriji, Lord Shiva, His glory is in His thousand names. Abunaath Avadhuta, the Lord of the Mount Abu. Sri Devpuriji was also known as Avadhuta sannyasi, fearless, Jivanmukta, and for such yogis even Vishnu and Brahma are in their seva. His Anubhuti (experience) is our Abhyasa (practice). We have to practice to reach His Anubhuti, which is called Amrit Bindu.
So this Abunaath-Avadhuta-Abhyasa-Anubhuti-Amrit-Bindu-Kriya I gave you contains a complete list of addresses, it is a navigator which will lead you to this destination. There you will be happy.”
For many years Swamiji has given countless spiritual teachings and practical instruction at residential yoga seminars in Europe during the northern summer – and now the 2014 Yoga in Daily Life Summer Seminars have commenced this week in Vep, Hungary.
A journey to the ancient pilgrimage place where Ganga began flourishing.
It’s believed that Mother Ganga began, and continues to flow through India to purify and wash away the sins of mankind so they may attain liberation. Yet a Saint, Mahatma, Mahapurusha, like Swamiji is no ordinary human. And His arrival into Gangotri is filled with reverence and welcome, He comes not to purify, but to adore Mother Ganga, and offer His respects.
It felt as if two streams were coming together, one of Love and one of Wisdom, and for those few days Bliss became our nature.
During the two week Retreat on Vanua Levu, in the Fiji Islands, Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda spoke about and translated Aporaksha Anubhuti of Sri Adi Shankaracharaya. Participants learnt about the Life of Sri Shankaracharaya, and it seemed that His Spirit was present in all the Satsangs (Spiritual discourses) that happened daily.
We were very fortunate that Swamiji visited New Zealand again this year, from 7 – 13 April. The topic of his lectures and satsangs was “Awakening peace and compassion in the heart through Yoga in Daily Life”.
